When doing update, apple logo/circle is it all done on watch?

my watch app crashed, so I powered down and up my X,

and I dunno that its stuck but its so close to a complete circle but not yet

and this whole process in general has taken forever..


but when I launch watch app on X it now says unpairing and may take some time,

and the wheel is still up on the watch

am I screwed?

Edit took forever and a reboot but finally worked
