When dressing up all day, where do you wear your phone?

When you travel, wear dress pants and a tie where do you wear or keep your phone all day? I don't wear a suit jacket so the jacket pocket is out. Curious where you keep your phone and how you stay in touch with the office?

Have you found a good belt case that will not pop off and attaches or clips to the belt as a holster case? I'm afraid to keep the iSkin solo case in my pockets?

I have two cases I'm sure others have many more?

Funny you say this. Almost every Dr/lawyer I see carry their phones and pagers on belt clips.
 
Left pants pocket.
Belt clips are becoming passe'.
And don't stereotype doctors (lawyers I can understand).
 
Purse. But I have no occasion to dress up ever so shorts or jeans pocket.
 
hmm. Well to say it looks unprofessional when in fact most/ a LOT of professionals use clips/holsters seems a little queer don't you think?
 
Inside jacket pocket, though a belt clip is probably the best option as it doesn't look like an unsightly bulk in your suit, I just never got around/liked one enough to buy it.

No one has to see your belt clip, you can have it at the back, to the side hidden under your jacket..

Slightly off-topic.. you guys actually have your ringer on on the phone? I just use vibrate..

OP stated he DOES NOT wear a jacket.
 
Well, used to carry it always in my pocket. Now just got the newly redesigned Incase Leather Folio so am using that with my Incipio Feather. I love the combo. I keep my phone on vibrate a lot and feel the vibration a lot better on my hip then I did with it in the pocket.
 
Any place other than my pocket with the screen facing in is asking for trouble. If I wore a holster clip with the screen facing outward, I'd break the screen in less than a day. Suit coat pocket is the preferred location when wearing a dress coat. Most of the time I keep it in my briefcase when I have that with me.

I used its traditional meaning not it's modern interpretation. It's stated quite clearly in the dictionary if you have any other inquiries.
