So an online AT&T rep finally gave me numbers on when I can expect my phone.

21-28 days from when I ordered, which was 2PM Saturday. Meaning anywhere from the 29th to the 5th. Damnit.

I can't even cancel and stand in line because I won't be able to add a line without the acct. holder being there. Damned if I do, damned if I don't.

*sigh* yes, unfortunately. It would've been two hours earlier but I manged to get into a minor car accident on the way to the bank. Not that it would've made much difference.

In other news, it now says my account name is Shane Schroeder on AT&T's website. I'm nowhere near that name.
 
Well I'm pretty much complaining that I have to wait 3 weeks for my phone and I can't do anything about it, and that my account was showing my name as someone I'm not and the AT&T chick couldn't see it.

Can't the account holder add you as an authorized user to have all the same privileges he/she does?
