I'm a bit annoyed. My professor sends us pdf files to print out. To save paper, I copy and paste them in Microsoft word and reorganize it. But when I paste it in MSW, the text is repeated twice and I have to manually delete the extraneous text. This is very tedious.

I found out why: She sends it from a PC. When I open the pdf on a pc and copy it to MSW, it looks ok, no repeated text. But when I do the same on a Mac, the double-words happen.

Is there a way to prevent this? Is there some kind of conversion error? Is there something to change in the preferences? All help appreciated!
