When I get Iphone 4 Will My 3G still work? I mean, will it be able to make/receive calls or will the SIM be deactivated and replaced with the micro sim in the iphone 4?

The latter. You’ll need an adapter to use your 3G with the micro-sim. Your regular sim will be deactivated.
