When I make a video with iMovie it won't play audio

Last night I made a video with isight through imovie and it worked great. Today I tried doing the same thing and the video works, but not the audio.

Can anyone help me?

Under System Preferences > Sound > Input

Verify that the the input volume is not turned down the entire way.

Also have your confirmed that you are getting sound out of your speakers from another source like iTunes?

Being an IT guy, I have to ask the obvious question...is your "mute" turned on?

I do get audio, with all my other programs. I'm not a total noob. Anyways I just got back home, rebooted my computer and it worked. I'm not sure why it did this, but aw well as long as its working now that's all I care about.
