When i plug my iphone into my computer, nothing shows up...

1. When I plug my iPhone into my computer (PC), nothing comes up. Usually when I plug it in, a screen that says: view pictures, view video etc... but nothing comes up.

2. Also, iTunes doesnt open when i click it.

May be the problem is in the USB driver. Restart both your PC and phone then try again.

If restarting doesn't help, switch USB ports. If that doesn't work, try a different sync cable.
