Hi I'm going CRAZY here!!!

I made an iWeb site and it looks good, but when I publish it to a folder and open it, many things are different. Text boxes and pictures are shifted so I have to go back to iWeb and change them. This worked for all boxes except for one. The type of writing and its size are completely different from how I made it when I publish it and I just can't change it, even when I rewrite the whole box. How can I make the published website look exactly like I wrote it?

I only ever looked at the site with my mac so I used Safari.

Please help, this is really important.

Thanks

How??

Ok I looked through EVERYTHING and I can't find anyone with a similar problem!!!

How can I post screenshots?

EVERYTHING huh? These may not be entirely relevant, but since I can't see your problem it's hard to say, which is why I asked for screen shots or a URL.

Screen shots: Macs have screen shot capabilities. Take a screen shot of how the page looks in iWeb and also how it looks in a browser (and mention the browser used). Then when creating a post here, look for the attachment section and upload the images.

Ok... here are the screenshots

With Safari

Wohooooooo!!!

I solved it! Well... my brother did...

I can't believe it, I sat here for two hours trying to make it work and then he comes, downloads firefox and the problem is solved!!!! :)

My only suggestion is to redo those sections of the page or recreate the page. It's been a solution for some people's problem that are similar to this. Its not a great option though, so I would wait for others here who are more iWeb-savvy than myself, and leave re-creating the page as a last resort. I rarely use iWeb, and when I do it's usually because I'm trying to help people out, but the machine I'm at currently only has iWeb 1 on it.

Does it look OK in Safari now as well or just with Firefox? Others who come across this thread would likely appreciate it if you explain the solution.

...

In safari it still looks like before, but with Firefox there's no problem at all!

Thanks to everyone who's been trying to help me! :)
