When I repair permission I get a bunch of weird stuff

It'lls say things like "x and x have been modified and will not be repaired" is this normal? It only said that once in the initial version of leopard. But after the update there's like 7 more things now. What's going on?

Known issue (I won't call it a problem). Check the threads, there's plenty out there on this.

Yea, I get the same thing.
But they should fix it in the next update, 10.5.2
