I am 64 so please answer in language I can understand. My son bought me an IPhone which I love, but he is in Scottsdale and anything he has told me to do doesn't solve problem. When I sync to my HPPavilion dv6647d, the music I purchased on my Iphone backs up on my music library and won't come back to my Iphone. I uninstalled ITunes and reinstalled on my computer and that didn't help. Can someone suggest steps to go through.
