When iPhone 4 is going to be available in apple store in Canada

I saw all kinds of July 30 launch date for iPhone 4 i Canada.

But the apple site shows nothing (not even pre-order info).

Would it be available i Apple store by July 30?

is apple store iphone going to be simfree?

July 30th, because Steve Jobs said so

The iPhone needs a sim card so it won't be sim free. You can purchase it UNLOCKED for the full price without contract which I believe is what you are trying to find out. And from the looks of it there won't be any pre-orders. But if it were to happen then Monday or Tuesday would be the latest possible dates to get a ship date by Friday.

I don't know what the situation will be like in Canada, but you're misinformed with regards to what SIM-free is. iPhones in the UK can be bought either: a) on contract; b) on pay-as-you-go; or c) SIM-free.

What does c) mean? You buy the phone without a SIM card. Yeah, you use your pre-existing one...
