When is Apple's cutoff time each day?

I'm anxiously waiting for my credit card period to end before ordering a BTO 4/64gb 11" Air. Anyone have an idea of what time of day an order results in it being delivered one day later?

well it ships in 24 hours no doubt.. and then it depends on how far away you live. if you are somewhere in California you should get it the next day (after it has shipped, maybe even sooner?)

but you will have to wait more than one day.

my guess would be early morning? im not too sure though
