When is appropriate time to buy CTO rMBP 15"

Hi, Guys

I returned 2 of them in the last 3 weeks due to the IR of LG screen and yellow tint (Samsung).

I really love the size and power of this machine but as you guys know, it still has an IR issue.

Can anyone recommend when is the appropriate time to buy.
I'm looking to customize as follow.
i7 2.7 Ghz.
16 Gb. ram
256 Gb. Flash storage

Do I have a chance to get Samsung screen.

Apple is phasing out samsung as a supplier, so the sooner the better. I ordered my second rmbp in september and got it early october. It has a perfect samsung screen.
