iPod touch When is iPod touch 4th generation come out?

everybodys hopin on a camera, and this thread shows alot of other things, i cant believe that apple has absolutely no update on their website for the ipod touch, i think they should at least have a coming soon sign or something, hope this helps:

Okay based on my own knowledge apple will have their annual media event to launch off the new iPods on September the 8th. The get a free iPod touch when you buy a Mac thing ends the 7th of September just like last year it ended the 8th of September and the event was the next day on the 9th. So since this years insintive ends the 7th that means the event is on the 8th of September!

I have a strong belief that the iPod Event and possible MacBook Air/ iPad refresh will be on September 8th, 2010.
