When is Shoutcast going to be available on iPhone?

Does anyone know if anyone is working on a way to listen to shoutcast streams on the iphone? Is there any demand even for this?

I don't understand why even my several year old Treo 700 can play online video in nearly any format, and listen to online audio streams in any format, but the iPhone still can't.

Sorry for my rant- just wanted to see if anyone knew anything more.

I agree. I'd love to have both Shoutcast and Live365 on my iPhone. Orb is a poor substitute.

Does Flash have anything to do with Shoutcast? Will iPhone compatible Flash make Shoutcast work?

maybe because the treo has been around longer than the iphone?

June you should be able to do just about anything with your iphone so just be happy with what you got.
