When is the next update to FC Studio

Hi all,

I am thinking about getting FC Studio 2 but I just realized that it is almost two years old. So I am guessing that it should be updated soon. Not wanting to spend another few hundred bucks for an upgrade in a few months, I am wondering if anyone could make an educated guess on when Apple should release FCS3 ?Probably the next conference about video but I am new to this field so I dont know when that is...

They sometimes have one in the spring and my guess would be that there is an update coming because I believe that it was two years between FCS 1 and 2. There are no guarantees with this since this is just my guess.

Most believe they will update FCS at NAB this year. No guarantees though.
