...I had this problem pre-Lion, but as it's still presumably software related I figured the Lion sub-forum was the best place.
Basically, I have a 2010 iMac and for the past two years, when we enter British Summer Time (which the iMac detects), Caffeine (a little app to toggle between sleep and not) stops working properly on start-up, and the clock thinks it's one hour faster than it actually is. Both of these are easily fixed (restart Caffeine, go into Time and Date settings) but it's a little annoying to have to do it each time. Any idea what could be causing these issues? They stop once BST ends
