When on Friday will iOS 4.3 be ready for download?

Are we thinking it will be 12:01 AM PST just like the online ordering, or will it be later in the day? I am almost just as excited for the 4.3 as the new iPad 2. Well almost.

Ok thanks. I have honestly never paid much attention to when they are released since I just update when I get home in the evening. Was hoping I could do it before work in the morning, but that is okay if I cant.

10am PST would be my guess as well, though I'll check at 12:01 PST even though I am in NY
