I'm not sure how to explain this but you know the small loading/refresh icon in the top left right beside the wifi? We'll after my jailbreak I notice when on my screen it is constantly spinning as if I'm loading safari or something except I'm not. Anybody know what this could be?

It's like an app is loading/refreshing in the background. It's weird because when I open safari it stops, it never happened before only thing I did was jailbrokevery weird.

it's a known issue. Take a look here https://discussions.apple.com/thread/5987770?start=30&tstart=0

a hard reset will fix it. Happens to me when im updating apps. even though everything is already updated its still spinning.

Hard reset fixing temporarily, in a few minutes spinning wheel comes back. I tried every possible things like delete one at the time tweaks, reset network settings, hard reset..., still was spinning. Then vestigo pushed update yesterday, and since then there is no more spinning wheel on my iphone 5S running ios 7.1.2 with tons of tweaks. hope this helps many others members too.
