Which account type do you use for your everyday computing?

Do you stay with the admin user acct or create a standard acct for your normal use?
Explain why.
 
I set myself up as admin, and IF others use it they are standard. I know how to use my computer, and I just don't trust other people with my stuff.

As far as myself being an admin, it's not like the root account, which is disabled by default. A normal admin is not quite the "superuser" that the root account is.
