iPhone 11 Pro When should I see the new loan?

I logged into the Citizens website to check that my old loan was now on hold(and it is) and there was a link to "Add new loan" where you enter the loan #, last 4 of you SSN and your zip. I entered the info for the new loan from the email that I received after ordering last week and had immediate access to the new loan on the website and even it shows the first payment posted on 09/20/19.

Mines already showing up on the citizens website. I registered when I got that loan approval e-mail on Saturday after I pre-ordered and was immediately available for me to view.
