I'm sure that previously I could play music on my iMac which would continue even when it went into Sleep mode, until the playlist finished. Nowadays, when it enters Sleep, it continues to play the current song, then refuses to play the next in the sequence. Anybody know how to make it continue playing until the end of the playlist? I am on a 2011 iMac with OS 10.9.5 and using VLC Player. I have the default Energy Saver settings, which is 10 mins for both Display and Computer Sleep; I do not want to change these settings just to resolve this problem, if possible.
