When to expect 4.0 apps?

When will developers start incorporating the 4.0 features into their apps? For those with the os 4 beta, will these apps be released before the official launch.

They won't be incorporated for public use until 4.0 is available on the devices.

its probably gonna only be a handful that are ready at launch, with more following about a month after, look at apps using push last year, took a little bit for it to kick in.

I wouldn't say that, Push was a bit more involved asit took the developer setting up a server side system that otherwise would not have existed to interface with te APNS Servers. Multitasking is much easier, since it is device based, I think most developers either already have it working, or will by the time 4.0 hits gold. However, everything is always at the mercy of apples approval process.
