When to sell my iPhone 4?

Sup. i got a 32gb i4 with 4.10 BB on iOS 5.0.1 with a gevey ultra, box and all unused accessories. right now i have someone whos willing to go $400 for it.
im wondering when i should sell this iphone. once the iPhone 5 comes out the iphone 4 is gonna take a huge drop, so when should i consider it selling? i know its months away but i like thinking about it.
im guessing 2-3 weeks before the i5 comes out. you guys got any thoughts.

The value drops right after the announcement of the new phone. The speculation now is that the announcement will happen either in June or September/October.

I wouldn't be able to be without my iphone even for 1 month, let alone 3-6
