iPhone 7/Plus When to sell?

I plan to upgrade. I assume the market / ebay will be flooded with used iPhones once it's released. I own my phone and there's no contract. Do you think that I'd get a much better price if I sold it before the Xs release? I have a second phone which I can use for a while, but would prefer not to if the price difference in the timing of selling my 7 won't be significant.
