When WFM and screen sharing into work Mac, can I turn off the remote screen?

When I work from home, I sometimes use the built in screen sharing functionality to remote into my work iMac.

Is there any way I can turn off the screen, so people in the office can't see what I'm doing?

Not allowed to install any software on the work computer.
