Well, in all fairness my mac is also telling me that there is no update available; its an unsupported mac, but with the patch it should still work. So I assume apple has a bug in software update.

If you are on 10.14.1 beta, the 10.14.1 update won't appear (in updates_
Download the 10.14.1 full install from the app store, and install that.

The 10.14.1 update doesn't update the last 10.14 beta that people thought was a release version. It will only update 10.14 build 18A391. If you have 18A389 you need to use the full installer from the App Store.

I have the release version, 18A391. I did not even install any of the betas.
