When will Apple open the doors to devs for iOS 7 apps?

I am very excited about iOS 7, however, I am far more excited about all the new styled apps that will be released for iOS 7.

Based on previous years, how many days before the actual iOS 7 release date do apple allow devs to start submitting apps that are compiled for iOS 7?

I believe it's right after the GM release. Probably 2 weeks. :)
 
Normally iOS 7 would be announced with the new phones and at that date devs can download Xcode and start submitting apps.

Most of the big names should already be ready to simply submit their updated versions.
