I reserved at 2 apple stores. 1st on the 26th, and again on the 28th. I know it's only been a week, but I'm getting sick & tired of waiting.

I bet there were thousands of pre-orders placed at those stores before mine (between 24th & 26th), so I'm guessing it'll be a few more shipments before they email me. End of July probably...

Is this just some crap to hype it up? The fact that is sold out worldwide? Or are they really having manufacturing issues?

well they have both problems because in china , the people who make the iphone are suiciding because of the pressure and the amount of hours they work and the pay-check. and in other country im sure they are out of iPhone 4 too!!!

Hopefully this delay is for quality issurance and that the next shipments will have far fewer phones with problems.
