It's just about 10am est, 3 hours to go. I read you can watch past keynotes on there too so I thought they might have had it set up already. And yes I just checked, the channel isn't nowhere to be found.

When will Apple update the ATV for the keynote?

Sitting here checking mine every 5-10 mins. Hopefully we get the app soon. Sitting here exploring Disney Channel lol!
It may not be available for live streaming. Not all of these events are. I would think that if it were streaming live, we would've seen it appear by now. But who knows?
"Special Events" have a tendency not to be live streamed with the same consistency as the KeyNotes...

I'm sure will be, but may not during the actual event. Perhaps a few hours later or tomorrow Or available from the store in the Keynote podcast
Well...there doesn't need to be. They have streamed other events before besides WWDC, like the Back to the Mac event.
That said, doesn't look like this one will be streaming.
