When will apps be updated for iPhone 6?

Love the iPhone 6. But having the apps be blown up to fill the screen looks terrible. I've noticed that most apps are getting updates, but not yet to optimize the bigger screen. Here's to hoping they don't just leave their apps as is!

The Day One app is optimized and looks great. Any others?

It seems the developers are super slooooooow on this one. There have been some updates but many are unrelated to iOS 8 and iPhone 6. In the whole the App Store is so quiet since last week. Like, even fewer updates than usual.

Developers will update all of their apps exactly on 11/24/2014 at 4:27 pm Eastern time.

If the iPhone 5 is any indication. Probably up to 6 months for major apps and then some apps will never get updated. At least this time iOS has as somewhat acceptable way to scale the apps. I remember on the iPhone 5 they just had a bar at the top and bottom of the screen that drove me nuts!
