When will iOS7 be released in UK - time?

Can anyone in UK remember when other iOS's were released? What time exactly? It says 18th Sep, but what time? Any examples from previous years?

It's just I'm on days at work, but will be up after midnight on 18th, or could get up earlier in mornings to get it before I leave for work.

Also will it be an OTA update? Or have to connect to iTunes? How big will it be, going off betas?

It'll be around around 1PM EST on the 18th. which would mean around 1800GMT, or 6PM in the UK.

Ah ha that "late" for us, ok so it's going to be on the evening of the 18th for us UK'ers. So it'll be an after work update then
