Hi, conscious the pre-order dates have been publicised today, but when will they be available to view (and look at in person) in stores? Will that be from tomorrow, or will it be Friday? Thanks

I believe the day they launch is when they update the stores display.

Most likely. To do anything in Apple stores in California, you need an appointment window.
