When will Macbook 12 be "released"?

Hi,

I've looked at Amazon, BHPhoto, Adorama and all sites say "This item has not yet been released. " when it comes to the MB 12.

I see a lot of ebay sellers selling this for huge markup and wondering why big stores do not have any in supply yet.

Are these new apple 12" buyers just ordering from apple and waiting 3-5 weeks before putting it up on ebay?

What is the best way to get it aside from the 3-5 week wait at apple.com?

I guess that depends what country you are in?
Here I the UK I where I am John Lewis has been getting stock every few days with ability to order online for next day store pick up or 3-5 days home delivery.

If you are in the US your best bet is bestbuy. Most stores have stock despite what online says. Apple stores are a hit or miss. My local store has only gotten one in stock since 4.10

microcenter also carries them.
