Yes: Tim Cook, Phil Schiller, Dan Riccio, Jony Ive, and probably a bunch of other Apple people.

Does anyone here know? Highly doubtful. But that doesn't stop us from speculating based on wishful thinking, "analyst" and blogger predictions, and knowledge of what's in hardware CPU and GPU pipelines. Personally, I'd be surprised to see anything but a minor refresh this year, though I'd like to be proven wrong. Apparently there'll be some sort of press event toward the end of October, which would be the logical time to announce anything more than a minor update.
