When will resellers get new MBPs?

  • B&H has nice discounts on late 2011 models, but no new models
  • MacMall has new models listed, but they charge sales tax to ship to my state and price them @ Apple store prices.
  • Best Buy has neither discounts on late 2011 models nor mention of 2012 models

What's the typical time lag? Looks like B&H is generally the best reseller, so ideally I'd go with them.
