When will the 5k iMacs be on display in a store?

Any one know when will the 5k iMacs be on display in a store?

Don't know for sure, but I assume it'll be very soon if they're not already on display, since the new iMacs are available to ship in a few days.

Really want to do a thorough inspection for the numerous issues that plague modern LED IPS displays, particularly issues most noticeable on the 2012-2013 iMacs (non retina):

• Banding
• Dirty Screen Effect
• Image Retention
• The dreaded Yellow Tint (most publicized as an iMac issue, but prevalent on many LED IPS panels)

Hopefully iFixit get their hands on one soon and it turns out that the 5k iMac has some sort of IGZO display from Sharp or someone... anyone but LG lol.

I hope real soon. I called a few local stores and none of them knew when they would have it on display or in store to purchase. I really want to see it before I buy it.

Thanks - I saw this when iFixit released their tear down. Waiting for the slew of "riMac yellow tint" threads.

They are already on display in the Sherman Oaks, CA mall Apple Store. I checked it out on Monday, really beautiful machine and jaw dropping screen. They only had the base config available to buy though.
