I sold my MBP and borrowed an Acer 1 netbook about 5 months ago to help me deal with the horrible economy. I miss having a mac so bad. Just a FYI, it is true you can't go from Apple to PC. If you try you will hate every minute of it... TRUST ME.
Anyway, i am ready to buy the new 13inch MBP base model. However, I am a student in Taiwan and the Back to School Promo has not started yet. How much longer will i have to suffer with P.O.S. Acer? The promo seems to have started in so many places, including Hong Kong, why not Taiwan.
Anybody have an idea of when it will begin in Taiwan? I just want to know how much longer i will have to suffer with this netbook.
