When will the Japanese channels stream?

Apple TV has a suite of live Koreans channels to subscribe to under it's app KOR. So why not the same for some Japanese channels like NHK, Fuji TV etc. Or is it that there are more Korean workers involved in developer work than Japanese, Spanish, Chinese, French or other Apple employee population. Yes, it's all about $$ but they should be fair in negotiations to promote other languages and not just go out of the way to subsidies their largest work group. No other language has so much live TV streaming as KOR app.
