If you want one of the standard models, just go to your local Frisbee store. They have branches in Hongdae, Myeongdong, and a couple of other locations throughout the city. I've seen them on display in the Kondae branch, so I presume they have stock to sell as well.
I bought a 13" from http://www.apple.com/kr/shop/buy-mac/macbook-pro a couple of weeks ago - the delivery times are down to a couple of days now, so might be worth getting it there. If you don't speak Korean, just get someone who does to help you out with the ordering process. By the way, it's a really nice piece of equipment. Go down to Frisbee and have a look at it in person.
