Just wondering, but are Apple still manufacturing MacBook whites? Since they are now moving forward into making unibody aluminium notebooks, when will they stop making the old kind, and if they have stopped when will the supplies of them run out for good. If they did run out, they would have to reduce the price of the new one back down to where it should be, as right now the price is ridiculous for UK people, the US $100 price drop doesn't apply here, as we have to pay £20 MORE.

I'm assuming that they're going to keep it around until they can develop a low-end portable to fill in for it or the brick process becomes cheaper.

How long will that be aproximately?
I mean, yesterday Apple released the new MacBooks but no new entry-level one.
When do you think they will release a new entry-level MacBook - still before MacWorld in January?

I'm just debating with myself - should I wait for January or get a white MacBook now,...
