when will the Mini be in other stores?

Will the Wi-Fi Minis be at say targets and walmarts on Nov 2nd? If not, about how long untill they have them in stock at the stores?

I am not interested in ordering online and dealing with shipping companies. So how soon should I be able to pick one up at a retailer?
