The question is really in the title...when will the new ipod touch prices reach retail stores such as best buy? I also believe that the 32 gb received hardware upgrades, when will this hit stores?

No clue. History has shown they usually get a small batch in the first week. But, it depends on overall production, which has been flaky to say the least with the iPod Touch.
