iPhone When will update be pushed

I believe currently only users who actively checked for softwareupdate will have received the iOS 11.

Does anyone remember how long time after launch, Apple usually waits before "pushing" users to update, e.g. by popup-notice, the red "1" on the Settings icon etc.?
