they only have to tell the press if there's an event. I haven't heard any rumors about an event, just a release. So we probably won't hear until the morning of the 14th.

Yep, we should know tomorrow because Apple usually announces their events exactly one week in advance, like they did with the Alum iMacs, the "Let's Rock" event, and many other examples I can't think of right now cause I just got off of work and I'm tired...

I cant see a refresh of the MB and MBP with out an event! o well lets wait and see!!!
That made me laugh a lot.
To the OP, you'll know when the rest of us do, i.e when we all do our daily (or hourly for some) check of the apple shop and it's either down or updated.
