When is Apple going to officially say there is an event on the 14th?

Sorry if this has already been done. But i havent heard anything 100%. And thought they had to tell the press 7 days in advance or something?

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 2_1 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/525.18.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/3.1.1 Mobile/5F136 Safari/525.20)

they only have to tell the press if there's an event. I haven't heard any rumors about an event, just a release. So we probably won't hear until the morning of the 14th.

Yep, we should know tomorrow because Apple usually announces their events exactly one week in advance, like they did with the Alum iMacs, the "Let's Rock" event, and many other examples I can't think of right now cause I just got off of work and I'm tired... :p

and yet this post here, this is literary perfection

That made me laugh a lot.

To the OP, you'll know when the rest of us do, i.e when we all do our daily (or hourly for some) check of the apple shop and it's either down or updated.
