From your experience, what would be the best time to find a great deal on iPad 3rd generations - not iPad 4s...

a.) Black Friday

b.) Cyber Monday

c.) Christmas season/Christmas eve


Do you think that I can expect to find good deals on iPad 3's since they've already released a newer version? Or would you generally expect there not to be any sort of deals available for the 3rd generation iPad?

Does the fact that my best friend works at Best Buy help my chances at all (I'm not sure if they get employee discounts - that he could utilize for me towards my purchase)?

Right after christmas on craigslist. Try to get one with applecare plus on it already.

Also check bestbuy's individual store pages for open box models.

RIGHT NOW. Go to Apple's online store, and head for the refurbish section. You can safe up to $100 on iPad 3 models. I'm still fighting with myself whether to grab a refurbish iPad3 or iPad mini.
