How does it work?

Do you configure it on their site ahead of time with the options you want - then keep refreshing until finally, the 'Continue' button is available?

Or do you have to wait and start once the pre-order time has passed?

Is it better to try ordering through the Apple store app or the Apple website? Any tips to try to ensure a smooth and fast transaction?

Apple used to have me itching to buy the latest tech from them. But maybe everything got so good I just stopped wanting to upgrade it? Used to have the latest and greatest but now even old apple tech is just fine for me.

Correction: Malaysian can pre-order from Apple Store for all 4 models on November 6.

If you’re in the app, does it refresh itself when preorders go live, or do you need to close and reopen it?
I second this question.

I'm ready to use the app because I have a thousand gift cards I need to use on this purchase, and using the app appears to make this a lot easier since they're redeemed cards in my Wallet and not in my Apple ID balance. I also have an Apple ID balance, but that can be automatically applied everywhere.
