Hey Guys,
If I jailbreak my ipod touch where and how do I get apps? Is there a "jailbreak app store" on the ipod touch once you jailbreak it? Or is there a website that you get them off? Thanks in advance!

Ok, So the only thing you will notice if you jailbreak are two new apps. Installer. And Cyidia. There act like an app store just Everything is free! Just open Cyidia and lots a categories will appear. Click the app you wont to install and Poof! You got you app.

Hope This Helps.:)

don't install installer its a nightmare since it was taken over.

You cant just simply copy apps over via itunes and expect them to sync and work. You need to put a modified file on the ipod....... which is classed as illegal.

if you were to google "macgeekblog mobileinstallation" and clicked on the first link you might find something useful

as for apps there are sites but since they would be classed as illegal we cant link to such sites in forum posts but I guess if you wanted to google "themonkeysball" and clicked on the first link you might find something useful there lol

what you do with this information is upto you I do not hold myself responsible if you choose to do anything....... tra la la la :D

Thanks!!!! That is awesome! What would you suggest I use to jailbreak it?

So what exactly does Cyidia and installer do?
Thanks in advance!

cydia and installer do pretty much the same thing except cydia actually works with little to no trouble. They both install 3rd part applications/games/themes etc

Installer for 2.x was bought off nullriver and taken over by the rip dev team, ever since they took it over installer has took a downhill tumble and is inferior to cydia.

best jailbreak method is quickpwn in my opinion less fussy, when you get the options for cydia and installer untick installer........ most stuff is released on cydia anyways.

So you dont have to have both right?
Just one or the other?
