Where and what internal hard drive for early 2009 Mac Pro?

I try to support my local store, so I went on line to Best Buy and they seem to have a number of 1TB hard drives. I do not know what the difference is in them and I want to make the right choice. There is also a Micro Center not too far so I may buy from them. If both places sell crap or are a ripoff I am willing to go elsewhere such as newegg, OWC...
