Where are all the Black or Grey watch colors?

What has happened to all the black or space grey colors, no longer available on any watch.
Just wished the Ultra came in some kind of black. I supposed Apple needs to keep something for next year.

Still there, just have to pony up for the Stainless Steel (Graphite) or Hermès model (Space Black).

FWIW the Midnight Aluminum color is closer to black than the Space Gray was.
